National Credit Tenant Investments

Through extensive due diligence, we develop and acquire high quality real estate anchored by national credit tenants located within strong communities and resilient markets.

Finding Opportunity.
Creating Value.

Blackpoint acquires real estate for development, syndication and investment purposes, including retail, medical office, hotel, restaurant and auto-service properties or existing buildings for value-add and re-tenant purposes.

Our primary focus is on acquiring, developing, and repositioning single-tenant net-leased (NNN) assets leased to high-credit national retailers. Our investment strategy also targets underutilized retail properties -including former bank branches and QSR locations - where strategic redevelopment and re-tenanting can unlock significant value.
