Our Principals possess decades of experience working as a tenant rep for national retail and restaurant companies, such as Rite Aid, Starbucks and Chase Bank. As a tenant broker, we've completed 100's of new leases for tenants such as Sprint, Firestone, T-Mobile and others. As a national retail developer, we've successfully delivered over 30 new ground-up retail projects.
This unique working background allows Blackpoint to understand the complete process of tenant new store development, their methodologies and requirements. Having this first hand tenant experience, combined with national success as a retail developer, gives Blackpoint a comprehensive perspective and a competitive advantage as a commercial developer.
