Blackpoint seeks to purchase retail corner locations and shopping center pads with good access, visibility and high traffic counts.  We buy land for retail, hotel and restaurant development or existing buildings for rehab and re-tenant purposes. Blackpoint also invests in performing or value-add single tenant NNN assets and grocery anchored retail centers in growing markets across the country. 

Our current focus is:

  • Locations or land positioned in anchored retail centers or high visibility corners with strong retail synergy, from 1/2 to 10+ acres.

  • High visibility to street with traffic counts in excess of 20,000 traffic trips per day with multiple access points.

  • Vibrant surrounding activities such as schools, theaters and parks, childcare centers, hospitals, sports facilities, and desirable grocers.

  • Locations or land must be positioned in growing population areas with middle to upper middle demographic profiles.

  • Opportunities must be Fee Simple in nature. No ground lease opportunities will be considered.
